Programmes at the Chair

Currently the Chair at the University of Johannesburg runs two post-graduate programmes:

  1. Masters of Philosophy (MPhil) with specialisation in Innovation and Sustainable Development

Admission requirements

  • Honours Degree or an equivalent Degree in a related field. A minimum of 65% is required.

 

  1. Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil) with specialisation in Innovation and Sustainable Development

Admission requirements

  • Masters Degree in relevant field, with a minimum mark of 65%

 

Details of the programmes are available here. Both programmes are offered onsite i.e. attendance at the Johannesburg campus is required. We currently do not offer these programmes as virtual study programmes.

Applications are open each year from 1 April – 31 October
