Language Practice 3A & B
Language Practitioners perform a variety of language-related tasks which range from text editing, translation and interpreting to terminology development and lexicography. The module Language Practice 3 aims to provide you with essential professional guidelines and practical skills in all of the above areas. The work that forms part of this module builds on and augments the basic language practice tools acquired in the module Language Practice 2, which forms an indispensable prerequisite for Language Practice 3. Class exercises are of a generic nature and can be applied to a variety of language combinations; where feasible, students are encouraged to complete practical assignments in their own preferred language combination.
