Purpose
The purpose of this qualification is to equip students with an in-depth grounding in human resource management (HRM) knowledge, theory, principles and skills so that they may contribute to the multi-functional, multinational public and business sectors, confidently executing analytical, interpretive, strategic and integrative skills.

Admission Requirements
A minimum APS of 28 with Mathematics or Technical Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy. English 4 (50%), Mathematics or Technical Mathematics 4 (50%) or Mathematical Literacy 5 (60%).
