Purpose
The purpose of this SLP is to introduce the student to the basic principles of Customer Experience Management (CEM), mainly in a consumer product and service context. This programme intends to provide a framework for individuals aspiring to become customer experience experts by enabling a student to influence their organization’s customer retention, growth, loyalty and profitability positively in the long-term in the context of the 4th industrial revolution.
Admission Requirements
A matric certificate on NQF level 4 or NQF lever 4 or equivalent.
