The Department of Quality and Operations Management, Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment, is hosting a Women’s month webinar series on Women leadership in Quality and Operations Management field. Kicking off the series is Neetu Choudhary on a talk entitled: “Neuroscience for Leaders (Women in STEM)”

 

Abstract:

Learn about Leadership in the light of neuroscience and behavioural science. How to create a rapport with the team, how to be more creative, how to deal with stress at work, and lean what happens in the brain when people feel safe, cared and inclusive. Leadership style based on science to support organizations and upcoming leader in all industries.

Neetu Choudhary is a renowned Corporate Trainer, Keynote Speaker, Thought Leader, Continuous Improvement Leader, Executive Coach, and Business Excellence professional with more than 20 years of experience. She has spoken across the globe to inspire people from different cultural backgrounds, with her signature keynote and various inspirational topics. Her unique style of training is based on neuroscience, behavioural science, neuroplasticity, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Nero-Semantics, Emotional Intelligence, and a growth mindset.
