Township Studies Hybrid Conference

The University of Johannesburg’s Institute for Pan-African Thought and Conversation (IPATC) in partnership with the UJ Department of Sociology and Township Studies Research Network (TSRN), invite scholars, artists, writers, researchers and policy-makers to the ‘Township Studies’ Hybrid Conference.

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS: Prof Grace Khunou, Prof Geri Augusto, Dr Tshepo Moloi and Dr Sipho Sithole.

SPECIAL PLENARY PANEL : Discursive Provocations and Creative Performatives Dr Thembinkosi Goniwe and presenters in conversation with Prof Pitika Ntuli, Herbie Tsoaeli, Thandi Ntuli, Tumi Mogorosi and Sisonke Xonti.
