Industrial Engineers are involved in planning for the processes of storage, movement of materials, and layout of factories. To ensure a co-ordinated work flow and optimal productivity, they organize and manage the relationship between other planners, plan operators and the plant.
Responsibilities
Industrial Engineers design and implement systems within organisations to maximize production. They work in conjunction with other engineers to put the theory of mechanical, chemical and electrical engineering into practice.
