About Dr Fumani Mabasa

Dr. Fumani Mabasa is an accomplished academic with Nine years of experience in his field. He earned his Doctoral degree in Human Resource Management. And recently completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Higher education and training. Throughout his academic journey, Dr. Mabasa has published numerous research papers in accredited journals and presented his work in both local and international conferences. In his role as an academic, Dr Mabasa takes on the responsibility of supervising both masters and doctoral students.

In addition to his research endeavours, Dr. Mabasa is passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of academics. He has taught Labour relations practices at undergraduate and postgraduate, earning praise from students for his engaging teaching style and dedication to their success. Dr Mabasa’s academic journey is marked by his dedication and commitment to excellence  in research, teaching and learning.

Dr Mabasa is also actively involved in a professional society, the  (SABPP).

Outside of his academic pursuits, Dr. Mabasa enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. He is committed to using his expertise to address real-world challenges and make a positive impact on society through his research and teaching efforts.
