About Dr Loice Takaedza

Dr Loice N Takaedza is an emerging researcher who recently completed her LLD degree at the University of Johannesburg. She holds an LLB (cum laude) from the University of Venda and an LLM from North-West University Potchefstroom campus. She also obtained a short learning course in Money Laundering Control from the University of Johannesburg. Her research interests are in the field of anti-money laundering, combating financing of terrorism and combating proliferation financing, artificial intelligence and the fight against financial crime, legal developments in financial technology (Fintech) and financial inclusion.
