The mandatory minimum requirement for this Project:

  • A minimum CIDB Grade 7GB and higher

THE CUT-OFF TIME FOR THE SIGNING OF THE REGISTER IS 10:30AM, NO BIDDER WILL BE ALLOWED TO COMPLETE THE REGISTER BEYOND THIS TIME.

  1. The briefing session is Compulsory.
  2. Bidders are requested to arrive 15 minutes BEFORE the session starts, late arrivals cause disturbances during our sessions. 
  3. Bidders are requested to have downloaded the tender pack and have familiarised themselves with the requirements before the briefing session.
