In celebration of Women’s Month, the Women in Engineering and the Built Environment (WiEBE) chapter, invites you to the third in a series of webinars entitled: “Grit and Supportive Networks for Professional Women” presented by Dr. Brenda Kubheka (Managing Director and Co-founder; Health IQ Consulting)
The talk will examine the intertwined dynamics of grit and supportive networks in empowering professional women. Grit, the blend of perseverance , resilience, and passion, can be cultivated to overcome challenges and propel careers to new heights. The value of supportive networks, encompassing mentors and peers, is equally crucial. Through real-world insights, we’ll explore how these factors reinforce one another, equipping women to navigate obstacles, seize leadership roles and other opportunities. Attendees will depart with practical strategies to cultivate their personal grit and expand their support horizons, fostering an inclusive and collective empowerment.
