Two UJ alumni, Ms. Allegro Dinkwanyane, entrepreneur, philanthropist, founder and chief executive of the Orgella Group, and Ms. Zanele Modiba, Personal Development Speaker, Marketing specialist, Managing Director: The Alternative, shared their respective journeys to successful entrepreneurship.
Dinkwanyane focused on the impact she wants to make on society and the importance of job creation, while Modiba stressed the importance of having a clear strategic intent and leading with your strength instead of starting something that is totally unrelated to the work you did before you became an entrepreneur.
