Biography:
Rinus le Roux established his self-mastery UCan Institute in 1995, thereafter dedicating his life to the development of world class Self Mastery concepts, programs and books to help in Human Potential Development. Over the years Rinus has spoken to hundreds of thousands of people and enjoyed every moment. His greatest pleasure is to part with some of the knowledge he has gained to people who wish to live meaningful lives and develop themselves.
Rinus’ services include: Keynote speaker, Change management, Development of consciousness, Conflict resolution, Extracting of information in individuals and groups, Change and enhancement of culture, Development of innovative thinking.

Biography: Muyiwa Fasakin is one of the World’s most sought-after Creative Intelligence Experts. He has trained over 53 certified coaches from different parts of the world and is the first African advisory board member of United Nations World Creativity and Innovation Day. Muyiwa is the Convener and founder of World Change Summit with members from all over the world. He is a former University Professor, and he lectured Economics for 7 years. He is a certified life coach, trainer, consultant and author of several life changing books. Muyiwa has been a two times mentor and facilitator at Coca-Cola Youth Empowered Program. He is the lead Consultant and Coach of Sure Success Consultancy and Coaching Academy. Muyiwa is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, trainer and Speaker. He has facilitated several trainings in Nigeria and beyond.
Muyiwa Fasakin is the Founder of Global League of Creative Intelligence Certified Coaches Texas USA. He was the first African to facilitate at the International Creativity bootcamp hosted by Miami University and Krya Indonesia in 2021. All in all, Muyiwa Fasakin stands for Impact, Influence and Transformation.

Biography: Jim Friedman is a Cincinnati native and resident Wordsmith/Dreambuilder who may be best known for creating television shows and movies. He is a serial creative entrepreneur. In addition to his broadcasting ventures, he has created national marketing campaigns; been granted multiple patents; written books; written, recorded and performed music; and danced the hokey pokey at age three on the Uncle Al Show. Since 2008 he has taught Creativity and Entrepreneurship and is a Professor of Creativity and Entrepreneurship at Miami University | Farmer School of Business | Oxford, OH Miami and is a frequent speaker on topics of creativity and personal branding. Friedman’s consulting and coaching work centers on connecting creative/innovative thinking to entrepreneurship for companies and individuals across the country.
Friedman grew up in Wyoming, Ohio (Go Cowboys). He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Design (Go Bearcats). He holds a doctorate in communication (Ph.D.) which he earned from the Union Institute and a doctorate in Creativity (Cr.D.) which he made up himself. He is recognized for his creativity and effectiveness in the classroom.

Biography: Celia Falkenberg is a creative educator with a passion to inspire and equip people to find creative solutions to challenges and opportunities in business and everyday life. Celia is a professional architect and an adjunct faculty member at GIBS Business School. She has an Honours degree in Architecture from the University of Cape Town and graduated with distinction for a Master’s degree in Housing and Urbanisation from the Architectural Association in London. She has trained and presentated at the Creative Education Foundation, New York. She owned and ran an architectural practice for fifteen years. She uses her experience as an architect and business owner to design and facilitate creative learning.

Biography: In Jenny Greenblatt’s experience as a strategy and performance improvement consultant, it became increasingly clear that clients had a real need for a practical methodology to help them innovate in demand. This inspired her Doctoral research, on which she developed and tested a structured Creative Problem-Solving methodology. She now finds it fulfilling to combine her deep expertise in Creative Problem Solving with her breadth of consulting experience to support clients and corporate students address their complex business challenges. Using this approach, challenges become springboards for innovation. This practical methodology provides a roadmap for developing creative and critical thinking skills and generating creative responses to a wide range of challenges and opportunities. These include Customer Journey Innovation, managing complexity and change, and driving high performance.

Biography: Nina Pearse is a creative educator and inspirational speaker with a vision to transform business and society by helping people tap into their creativity. She believes that all humans are inherently creative. As co-founder of Creativity Wake-Up, her passion and purpose are to inspire and equip people to imagine, and bring into being, creative solutions to challenges, opportunities and everyday life.
Nina has an honours degree in business science from UCT and is an Agile Talent professional and accredited Discovery Insights practitioner. She
is an active associate of Connemara Consulting as well as the NeuroLeadership Institute. She is an adjunct faculty member of the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) in the field of creativity. She has worked in learning and change related roles for nearly twenty years as a management consultant, human resources specialist and leadership practitioner, both in South Africa and the UK. As a proud South African, Nina is enthusiastic about social transformation and believes that by developing creativity, the people of this country, and indeed the world, will be able to solve the issues of our day.

Biography: Elizabeth Dalling believes in our collective potential for learning, creativity, and change – yet too often, education, work, and life experiences bury that potential. She helps reactivate creative confidence and equip individuals, groups, organisations, and communities with the skills they need to create change. Through creative and experiential learning design, facilitation, and evaluation research, she helps people build the confidence and skills they need to solve problems together. She bridges research and practice, turning ideas into action using design thinking, serious play, and participatory research. Elizabeth also supports life and career wayfinding, using life design
and the Hero’s Journey.
She has worked across education, international development, private, and public sectors in Africa, the Middle East, and Europe, designing and evaluating learning, creativity, and changemaking initiatives. Her collaborators include UNICEF, UNESCO, the World Bank, the British Council, Save the Children, Reuters, and private sector leaders, including Anglo American, General Electric, and Procter & Gamble. She has integrated skills development into design-based evaluations of innovation initiatives, including UPSHIFT (UNICEF’s human-centred design programme for marginalised young people), FunDoo (UNICEF’s digital life skills coach), One Stop Centres (multi-sectoral services for survivors of violence), and education sector responses to COVID-19.
She holds a Masters in Research (MRes) focusing on Creativity and Learning from University College London and a BA/MA in Modern
History from Oxford University. Originally from the UK, she has been based in South Africa since 2021.

He has a proven and demonstrable track record of high performance in linking corporate vision with the delivery of desired results through development and empowerment of people, process and focus. He is an advocate of the High Court of South Africa with an adroit ability to combine legal expertise with strategic leadership.
