The registration deadline is 15 September 2025.

Registration fees:

RSA residents – R3500

International residents (outside RSA) – €250

Students (limited to current students, proof of registration will be required):

RSA students: R2000

International students: €150

Early bird student registration (deadline 15 May 2025):

RSA students: R1500

International students: €110

Registration fees are inclusive of lunch, coffee, tea and Gala Dinner

The registration and payment deadline is 15 September, 2025
