| A matchmaking workshop as part of the TransCIIT project (Transforming Climate Innovation Ecosystems through Inclusive Transdisciplinarity), was attended by 9 entrepreneurs (+ other firm representatives), 8 students and members of the project team. The workshop provided a space for entrepreneurs and students to understand the gaps entrepreneurs had and the skills available from students and matching of these to take place. |

13-24/06/2022 | 8th AfricaLics PhD Academy on Innovation and Competence Building Systems, in Nairobi, Kenya. The Academy included a 2-day workshop on Transformative Innovation Policy with contributions from all Chair partners. These sessions were designed to engage with the different theoretical frameworks and thematic areas relevant to our research programme. In addition, the programme had interactive sessions with policy actors and practitioners who were involved in the TIP Africa Policy Pilots in Kenya, Ghana, Senegal and South Africa. |

| The TransCIIT project (Transforming Climate Innovation Ecosystems through Inclusive Transdisciplinarity) held a showcase event which brought together students, entrepreneurs from the matched projects, representatives from partner organisations, British Council, IAU programme, other stakeholders, and the project team. The showcase enabled students and entrepreneurs to outline the support they provided/ received and how it has provided skills and capabilities to each party. |
