This march was organised by the United Front JHB together with the communities of Bekkersdal and Sun Valley (Pimville). Both are demanding safe, reliable, clean and affordable access to energy.
Climate strike action – 25 September 2020
This mass action was part of the Global Day of Action for Climate Justice. In South Africa it was organised by the Climate Justice Coalition and the campaign theme was ‘March for Climate Jobs and a Just Recovery’.
