About Dr Darelle Groenewald
Dr Darelle Groenewald has been a Senior Research Associate at the University of Johannesburg in the Department of Business Management, since April 2018. She has more 29 years of teaching, research and managerial experience in higher education. She has co-authored books on business management, small business management, administrative and strategic management. Her research interests include corporate entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, small business management, creativity and innovation. Dr Groenewald as supervised 42 post graduate students and has published in a wide variety of journals. She is currently the Group Administrative Manager at TOTALCARE, a medium size company in the Health Care Industry.
