About Dr Erna Bruwer

Dr Bruwer is involved in teaching Anatomy to allied health professionals. She also completed a diploma in Health Science Education in 2014.  Her research interests include Education in Health Sciences. She is very much involved in projects involving community engagement. Her current research is focused on understanding the challenges of people living with hearing impairment or complete deafness and looking for innovative ways to allow them complete and undeterred access to health care.
