About Dr. Foluso Philip Adekanmbi
Dr. Foluso Philip Adekanmbi, Ph.D., has been a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Industrial Psychology and People Management, College of Business and Economics, University of Johannesburg, South Africa, since 2019. He has more than 7 years of research and teaching experience in higher education. He lectures undergraduate programs in Human Resources Management. He is also a facilitator of Human Resources Management Training and a South Africa Board for People Practices (SABPP) member. His scientific interests include Human Resources Management, Employment Relations, Work Stress, Employee/Organizational Behavior, and Employee/Organizational Development and Effectiveness. Dr. Philip has published quite several articles in high-ranked journals.
