About Prof Jeremy Mitonga-Monga

SHORT BIO

Prof Jeremy Mitonga-Monga is an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial Psychology and People Management at the University of Johannesburg. He received his PhD (Industrial and Organisational Psychology) from the University of South Africa in 2015. He has more than 14 years of teaching and research experience. He has published numerous papers in peer-reviewed journals and has presented papers and posters at national and international conferences.

Highest Qualification:  PhD (Industrial & Organisational Psychology)

Research Interests:  His research interests include organisational behaviour, Management, ethical conduct, culture, climate, leadership, employee retention, human resources, and research methods., leadership, ethical behaviour, organisational dehumanization, and organisational support.
