About Dr Nell Ledwaba

Dr. Nell Ledwaba holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), B Tech in Business Administration and a National Diploma in Commercial Practice from the Tshwane University of Technology, an MPhil in Entrepreneurship and the Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education from the University of Pretoria. Dr. Ledwaba also earned a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of South Africa.

With over 20 years of experience in the higher education sector, Dr. Ledwaba has held positions at several institutions, including the Tshwane University of Technology, University of KwaZulu-Natal, University of Pretoria, University of South Africa, and the University of Johannesburg (UJ). At UJ, he previously served as Senior Manager for Faculty Coordination and Alumni. Currently, Dr. Ledwaba is the Senior Director of Student Affairs at UJ. An accomplished academic leader, labour law lawyer, and advocate for excellence in higher education.
