About Dr Nicola Taylor

Dr Nicola Taylor holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Johannesburg. She is Director of the Data Enablement Team at JvR Africa. Dr Taylor is a respected researcher and academic in South Africa. To date she has published 10 articles, 11 book chapters, and presented over 45 papers at national and international conferences. Her research speciality focuses on psychometric test development and evaluation. Dr Taylor has reviewed academic articles submitted to journals such as the South African Journal of Psychology, South African Journal of Psychology, Psychological Reports, and the African Journal of Career Development. She has also reviewed NRF rating applications. Dr Taylor has previously collaborated with Prof Gideon de Bruin and Prof Brandon Morgan in the Department of Industrial Psychology and People Management.
