About Dr. Serisha Gangaram
Dr Serisha Gangaram is a Lecturer in the Department of Botany and Plant biotechnology, lecturing Life Sciences FET for education students. Her main research focus is on exploring the therapeutic properties of medicinal plants, delving into their chemical composition, biological activities, and the role of plant-based compounds in disease prevention and treatment. Dr. Gangaram’s forefront of research integrates microscopy (plant secretory biology), phytochemistry, and biological assays in studying medicinal plants.
