About Dr Waliu Mulero Adegbite
Dr Waliu Mulero Adegbite received his Ph.D from University of Ibadan, Nigeria. His doctoral research focused on HRM and Innovation in Manufacturing Sector in Nigeria. A winner of Research in Decent Work Fellowship of the ILO in 2019, Dr Adegbite has been awarded the Global Excellence Stature (GES) Fellowship to support his research in the Department of Industrial Psychology and People Management with the College of Business and Economics. His specialization focuses on human resource management, innovation studies, labour and employment relations. He received his M.Sc in Industrial Relations and HRM, and B.Sc in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria.
