Prof Weber is a Research Associate with the SARChI Teaching and Learning Chair , involved with various projects within the SARChI Chair. He has studied at University of Cape Town and at Harvard University. He has Worked as a lecturer and researcher at the University of Pretoria, the University of the Witwatersrand, and at the University of Johannesburg. He has received National Research Foundation Rating as Scholar and Researcher: C2 achievement during his career.
Research Interest:
His Academic interests and expertise includes Qualitative, case study, survey and action research, History and sociology of education, Policy studies in education, Diversity education, Multigrade education, Educational change in higher education, Teachers and teachers’ work, Comparative and international education and Educational reform in Namibia and Mozambique
