Mr. Lucian De Koker is a Lecturer for Information and Knowledge Management at the University of Johannesburg, a Researcher and an Independent Consultant with more than 12 years of experience in the IKM field. His areas of interest include – Artificial Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence, Complexity Theory, Digital Transformation, Information and Knowledge Management, Maturity Models, and Strategic Intelligence.
