Biography
I obtained BSc degree (Majors: Chemistry and Biology) from the University of Northwest in 2002, Honors and Masters in Geohydrology at the university of the free state in 2009 and 2017 respectively. For honors degree my case study was on determination of Groundwater Reserve of the Thukela River near Nottingham Road in the V20D Quaternary Catchment and for master’s degree my dissertation was on Acid Base Potential Characterization in the Southern Highveld Coalfield of Mpumalanga. I worked as the Quality Manager at the Institute for Groundwater studies Laboratory from 2014-2020. My role was to ensure that the Quality Management System was established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the ISO 17025 standards. In addition, I was also a SANAS Nominated Representative for the Laboratory. I am registered with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP) as Candidate Natural Scientist in the field of Water Resources Science in 2012.
