About Dr. Monica Barnard
Dr Barnard is a post-doctoral fellow of Prof. S. Razzaque, and has a driven passion for high-energy astrophysics, more specifically pulsars and gamma-ray bursts. Dr. Barnard completed her post-graduate studies at the North-west University of Potchefstroom, where her research focused on pulsar science. Currently her research includes the modelling of emission from gamma-ray bursts in the very-high energy domain.
