About Ms Vinolia Makgoadibane

Vinolia is an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Strategic Communication. She has worked in both industry and academia. Her academic accolades include being a member of the Golden Key Honour Society as well as being recognized as a top achiever at Honours level at the University of Johannesburg. In her previous role she worked as a Communication and Research Assistant at UJ’s DSI/NRF Trilateral Research Chair in Transformative Innovation, 4IR & Sustainable Development in the College of Business and Economics. Vinolia is a member of the Golden Key Honour Society and has worked as a tutor and research assistant at the Department of Strategic Communication. She holds a Masters in Corporate Communication from UJ, a BA Honours in Strategic Communication from UJ, and a BA in Communication from the North-West University.

Research Interests: Digital Transformation, the 4IR, Transformative Innovation and the impact of these on societies.
