About Dr Oluwakemi Bolanle Ajayi
Dr. Oluwakemi Bolanle Ajayi holds a PhD in Psychology of Education from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. Her PhD research focused on the psycho-social factors influencing career decision-making of Grade 12 learners in township secondary schools in Gauteng. The study proposes an 8-stage career decision-making model that could assist learners in secondary schools in making career decisions. Her research interests are entrepreneurship education, mental health, the transformation of higher education, career decision-making, and inclusive education.
