About Prof A Boniface
Prof. Boniface has worked as a lecturer then senior lecturer at the University of the Western Cape. She has also lectured at the University of Pretoria. She has previously presented the Law of Persons and the Family as well as Legal Skills, Law for Social Workers and Practical Law. Prof. Boniface served articles and passed the attorney’s admission exam but chose to be admitted as an Advocate. She obtained the (joint) highest mark for the LLM (child law) degree at the University of Pretoria. Prof. Boniface has appeared on television and spoken on radio where she has talked about family law and mediation. She completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Institute for Dispute Resolution in Africa, at Unisa, where her research focused on mediation in family disputes in Africa. Prof. Boniface has presented papers both nationally and internationally.
