About Prof Carin Hill

Professor Carin Hill is an academic at the University of Johannesburg, specialising in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Her research focuses on psychological assessment and test development, helping to improve our understanding of workplace behaviour. She has published several articles in academic journals and is known for her expertise in psychometrics and personality testing. Professor Hill is also dedicated to teaching and training future Industrial Psychologists, with a strong commitment to practical, evidence-based approaches. Her work plays an important role in developing culturally relevant psychological tools for use in South Africa.
