My research is focused on the measurement of firm-based employee productivity. Aspects covered in this regard are remuneration dispersion, age-skill levels, qualifications and training levels, employee diversity, incentive schemes, non-unionised participation platforms, in-house training, implementation of new technology and employee remuneration inequalities.
