About Prof René van Wyk

Prof René van Wyk, Ph.D. was an associate professor at the Department of Industrial Psychology and People Management, University of Johannesburg. Founder of René Cilliers Coaching, she is a Personal and Executive Coach, with 20+ years of Industrial Psychology background. René was Qualification Leader of three post-graduate modules in Research Methodology, and taught students the principles of scientific writing. She serves on the Editorial Committee of the Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies and has reviewed and chaired at different national and international conferences. René’s main research interest is in positive organizational behavior, specifically PsyCap.
