About Dr. Vaughan van Appel
Research Interests
Dr Vaughan van Appel’s current research interest focusses on stochastic processes and the applications thereof in actuarial science and finance. He further collaborates on many interdisciplinary projects where he provides statistical consultations and analysis. In addition to his own research, he supervises Masters and Doctoral students, in various fields of statistics, within the Department.
