Duration of Study: Contact time: 150 hours in the 5-week block. • Months to complete: 6 weeks in May/June, during the first year. • Minimum period to obtain: 1 Year. • Maximum period to obtain: 3 years (Modules need to be passed in order to progress).
Purpose
The purpose of this SLP is to provide students with the theoretical background to enable them to manage organizational resources effectively. This programme will enable students, practitioners, managers and supervisors to obtain current knowledge by learning more about the key managerial concepts in Hospitality Management.
Admission Requirements
To qualify for participation into this programme, candidates must be employed in the food and beverage or hospitality environment in the capacity of full-time employee or a management trainee
