Duration of Study: 14 Hours
Purpose
To provide the students with the advanced theory of ethics, and demonstrate how such theory can be applied in the design of Artificial Intelligence products. It is aimed at those who are in the corporate world who are already familiar with the basics of ethical theory, and are interested in acquiring the advanced ethics skills that are necessary for the design of ethical enterprise AI solutions. Upon the completion of this program, the students will have the deeper understanding on the theory of ethics. Furthermore, the student will have a full appreciation of the role of bias, transparency, accountability, and legality in the design of enterprise ethical AI systems.
Admission Requirements
This SLP will be open to anyone with a matric certificate and a sufficient background in Artificial Intelligence Since this is an advanced ethics in AI program, candidates will be expected to have successfully completed the program&%2358; Artificial Intelligence and Ethics in Design Part I” Candidates should provide proof of working knowledge in computer programming. Candidates should understand and be able to read and write in English.
