Purpose
The purpose of this qualification is to provide prospective students with intellectual and theoretical knowledge as well as practical-workplace related managerial and leadership skills required for entry level professionals in the public and private hospitality environment.
Career Opportunities
This degree serves the needs of students who aspire to move into leadership positions in the Hospitality Industry i.e. General Manager,
Financial Manager amongst other positions in the industry.
Admission Requirements
A minimum APS of 26 with Mathematics, or 28 with Mathematical Literacy. English 5 (60%), Mathematics or Technical Mathematics 4 (50%) or Mathematical Literacy 5 (60%).
Selection Process
Selection is based on academic credit. Moreover, there is an interview as part of the selection process.
