Purpose
The purpose of this SLP is to study the corporate governance structures in the corporate environment and to analyse and examine the various roles and responsibilities of the audit committee and audit committee members.
Admission Requirements
The minimum entry requirement is a degree or advanced diploma in commerce or law on NQF level 7/Old NQF level 6. Students who do not meet the minimum entry requirements for this programme may apply for recognition of prior learning and for admission on this basis. Experience in the fields related to corporate governance, for example practicing as a company secretary, may be taken into account when assessing recognition of prior learning.
