Purpose
The purpose of this qualification is to equip students with an in-depth grounding in People Management knowledge, theory, principles and skills so that they may contribute to the multi-functional, multinational public and business sectors, confidently executing analytical, interpretive, strategic and integrative skills relating to people management.
