Purpose
This course provides a general outline of the South African legal system as it is dealt with in the Paralegal Programme. There is a section on
legal language in this Bridging Programme which will cover the application of English language as a medium of communication in the South African legal system. The purpose of this course is to not only grant you access to the Diploma in Law (Paralegal Studies) but to prepare you for the Paralegal Programme, and to also provide insight into the broader legal system

Introduction to Law, an overview of Family Law, Business Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Language and the Law
