Purpose
To develop the knowledge, skills and dispositions of inexperienced and future postgraduate supervisors, by exposing them to and by actively involving them in the latest scientific thinking, practice, theories, policies, methodologies and strategies related to the supervision and mentoring of postgraduate (master’s and doctoral) students.
Admission Requirements
A potential ‘student’ should&%23160; possess at least an Master’s degree or equivalent (at NQF level 9) AND have had a minimum of two year’s working experience as a lecturer/researcher or in an academic development and support capacity at an appropriate higher education institution.
