Purpose
The purpose of the Property Valuation online SLP is to provide the student with a framework to value residential and income producing real estate.
Career Opportunities
Besides that individuals who pass this SLP will be able to accrue credits from this SLP, which can then be used towards the ADRE, should they wish to pursue this qualification, students who completes the program will benefit from a range of opportunities:
- Individuals who may want to broaden their knowledge in Real Estate.
- Real Estate Practitioners/ professionals who want to comply with the CPD requirements of the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession. This online SLP will assist individuals currently employed to comply with the CPD requirements of the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession.
Admission Requirements
An applicant should have one of the following:
- National Diploma Real Estate qualification on the old NQF level 6; or
- An applicant should possess any other qualification on a New NQF level 7 and have related real estate oriented experience which is deemed applicable by the Department of Finance and Investment Management;
- Final admission requirements will from time to time be set by the department.
Selection Process
Selection is made based on academic merit.
